PT Vale emphasized that all PT Vale operational activities are carried out based on official permits issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, including Special Mining Business Permits (IUPK) and Forest Area Use Approvals (PPKH). This area is part of our concession which is legally valid and protected by the state.

In addition, the location of PT Vale’s mining activities is included in the National Vital Object category, which makes it an object that is protected by the state in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

As part of the National Strategic Project, PT Vale’s operational activities play an important role in supporting the downstream agenda and regional economic growth. Therefore, we invite all parties to maintain the stability and sustainability of this project for the common good.(**)
