Sat Reskrim Narcotics Criminal Investigation Cirebon City Gerebek Warung in Harjamukti, dozens of bottles of alcohol were secured

Cirebon City Police, Controversinews – Cirebon City Police Resort through the Narcotics Investigation Unit carried out a liquor operation (alcohol) in its jurisdiction on Saturday (09/20/25) around 17.00 WIB.

This activity aims to reduce the circulation of illegal alcohol while creating a safe and conducive Kamtibmas situation in the community.

The operation was led by Unit 2 of the Cirebon City Police Narcotics Unit 2 by targeting a number of locations that were allegedly the place to sell alcohol without marketing authorization.

In its implementation, officers managed to go to a stall owned by Br. Indra Bagus, located on the edge of Kalijaga Street, Harjamukti District, Cirebon City.

From this location, the police found and confiscated 23 bottles of alcohol and 2 bottles of alcohol in purple kawa-kawa.

All items of evidence, a total of 25 bottles, are secured for further processing in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Cirebon City Police Narcotics Detective Unit, AKP Otong Jubaedi, emphasized that the circulation of alcohol was one of the triggers for crime and Kamtibmas disruption. Therefore, it will continue to hold operations regularly.

“The National Police is here to reduce the circulation of alcohol while protecting the public from the negative impacts caused. We hope that the community will not be involved in sales activities and illegal alcohol consumption,” he said.

In addition to confiscation, officers also appeal to local residents related to the dangers of alcohol and legal risks for salespeople and their consumption.
