FKGOL Officially Feeds a Hearing Letter to Kejari Kuningan

Brass, controversinews – Kuningan Communication Forum (FKGOL) Communication Forum (FKGOL) took firm steps to follow up on some of the alleged casuistic findings in Kuningan Regency.

On Thursday, September 18, 2025, FKGOL officially sent a hearing letter to the Kuningan District Attorney’s Office (Kejari). The Chairperson of the Barracks, Bung Nana Rusdiana, S.IP, said that it was time for the Kuningan Kejari as a law enforcement official (APH), which was an extension of the AGO, working perpendicularly to complete every report of alleged corruption in Kuningan.

According to Bung Nana, the results of FKGOL studies and analysis, as well as picking tests on several SKPDs related to the 2023 and 2024 budget, showed the alleged discrepancy between the submission, implementation, and reporting of the Kuningan Regional Government budget to the Ministry.

“We (FKGOL) hope that the Kuningan District Prosecutor’s Office can truly restore the spirit and be firm in handling corruption cases, as did the AGO in combating corruption,” he said.

Furthermore, Bung Nana added that in Kuningan there were many alleged corruption cases that had not been resolved. FKGOL hopes that Kuningan Kejari can work perpendicularly in handling allegations of corruption in Kuningan, as well as handling cases at BRI Bank.

“We hope that the Kuningan Kejari and Kasipidsus can only work together with us (FKGOL) in eradicating corruption in Kuningan,” he hoped.

Bung Nana also revealed that FKGOL hoped that on Friday tomorrow, Kuningan Kejari and his staff could accept them, so that the audience could run smoothly.

“Hopefully everything goes well and the synergy between FKGOL and Kuningan Kejari can be established for the sake of law enforcement in Kuningan,” he concluded. ***
